How does it work?

Once you decide to rent your property with us, we will market your property via the main portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and Open Rent, using professional photography and staging, at no cost to you.

In order to rent with us, you would need to own a property or multiple properties within Birmingham and/or surrounding areas. You will receive a higher rental amount if you decide to rent your property short-term, as this gives us the ability to market your rental at a higher price-point to cover our maintenance and management costs.
If you are a hands-off type of Landlord, this service is designed for you. Once we’ve signed the tenancy agreement and paid you the first months’ rent to your bank account, we will only contact you for urgent queries, inspection reports, and contract extensions.

We pride ourselves in increasing the market value of properties, therefore we don’t need your property to be fully furnished, as we work with many partner agencies and design experts to tailor each unit to the needs of our clients.
